MADISON, Wis. — Michigan went into halftime even. It left the third quarter in serious trouble.
And, as a result, the Wolverines exited Camp Randall Stadium with their third loss of the year.
Michigan allowed back-to-back touchdowns and lost starting quarterback Brandon Peters to injury during a 4-minute span of the third quarter and never came back, dropping a 24-10 decision at No. 5 Wisconsin on Saturday.
With the loss, the Wolverines drop to 8-3 overall, 5-3 in Big Ten play. Michigan will close its regular season next Saturday against Ohio State in Ann Arbor.
