For the longest time, the biggest thing most everyone knew about Michigan football commit Benjamin St-Juste is that he’s from Canada. After a very impressive showing at The Opening in Oregon this past weekend, though, there’s much more to take into account.
For example, St-Juste’s SPARQ rating was one of the best at the entire event. (SPARQ scores come from a combination of 40-yard dash, power-ball toss, vertical jump and 20-yard shuttle.) St-Juste’s 3.86 shuttle time was good enough for No. 2 at the event.
At 6-foot-3, 188 pounds, there’s obviously a little weight to add, but Barton Simmons, the Director of Scouting for 247Sports, noted that St-Juste looked like one of the top corners for his size.
