Michigan football just made an interesting addition via the transfer market.
Louisiana Tech grad transfer Willie Allen, an offensive tackle, announced his commitment to the Wolverines on Thursday night.
This could be a move geared toward 2021, as Allen previously announced he was opting out of the 2020 season due to COVID-19 related issues before entering the portal. Meanwhile, the Wolverines already have two starting tackles in right tackle Jalen Mayfield, who started all 13 games in 2019 and is projected as a first-round pick by some outlets, and left tackle Ryan Hayes, who started the first two games in 2019 in place of an injured Jon Runyan Jr.
