If you look across the depth chart of Michigan football, you won’t see a ton of holes. There are position battles ready to take place at a number of positions sure, but at most of them, there is experienced talented returning.
That will make it hard for some of the top incoming freshmen to make their way onto the field next season and truth to be told, I wouldn’t expect a huge impact from the 2020 recruiting class right away.
Most of the time, that’s how things go. There will be a few freshmen that make an impact, just like last season with guys like Zach Charbonnet, Giles Jackson, Mike Sainristil and Daxton Hill but it will be limited.
