Michigan Football: 5 Breakout candidates for Wolverines on offense

The college football season hasn’t even been over a month, but already, it feels like much longer, especially since Michigan football hasn’t seen the field since New Year’s Day.

Yet, with the 2020 recruiting cycle in the books, spring football is really just right around the corner and since it’s the dead period in recruiting right now, it seems like a great time to start looking forward to next season and what these Wolverines could look like.

On the offensive side of the ball, there will be major changes. Shea Patterson, the starting quarterback for the past two years, will be gone, along with four of the five starters on the offensive line and wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones.
