The Michigan football team earned a commitment from a top offensive lineman on Friday.
Crystal Lake (Ill.) offensive tackle Trevor Keegan picked the Wolverines during an announcement ceremony at his school.
Keegan, who is 6-foot-6 and 310 pounds, is ranked as a 4-star prospect, the No. 163 overall recruit in the nation and the No. 1 prospect in Illinois, according to the 247Sports Composite.
He picked the Wolverines over Georgia and Penn State, and also held offers from Alabama, Clemson and Ohio State, among others.
Keegan has been a top target for Michigan's staff dating back nearly two years.
