There hasn’t been as much activity as there was early on in the 2019 NFL draft when two former Michigan football players were taken in the first round. Devin Bush and Rashan Gary were selected 10th and 12th overall, respectively.
Cesar Ruiz narrowly made it into the first round when he found out, at pick 24, that he was flying due south to become intimately aware of the wild festival known as Madi Gras. He won’t mind the change of scenery in New Orleans. He might miss the fall in the midwest, but the debauchery that is Bourbon Street will surely take his mind off of things.
