There has been a lot of talk about Michigan football and Notre Dame and for good reason. On the first full Saturday of college football, it could be the best game on the slate. Yes, Washington vs Auburn features two teams ranked higher, but there is a reason College Gameday is in South Bend.
It’s a big game for both teams. It’s especially big for Michigan football, a program and a team that needs to prove it can win a big game.
Jim Harbaugh, who has the quarterback now in Shea Patterson and truthfully, no excuses, needs to find a way to win this game.
