Michigan Football has not enjoyed the number one ranking in the Big Ten for recruiting since the 2007 class which was headlined by quarterback Ryan Mallett and cornerback Donovan Warren.
Both five-star athletes coming out of their respective high school’s and both of their talents wasted. Mallett transferred to Arkansas after just one year and Warren never had a winning season in Ann Arbor.
However, this year is very different from the 2007 – 2009 fiasco that plagued Michigan football. Coming off a 10-3 season, this Wolverine squad is ready for the challenges that face them in the Fall.
