Michigan football wrapped up arguably their best recruiting class under Jim Harbaugh on Wednesday, signing 26 prospects in the 2019 cycle with a strong chance of finishing as the top recruiting class in the Big Ten for the first time since 2007.
U-M's 2019 class was heavy on offensive linemen, wide receivers and defensive backs, with 5-star safety Daxton Hill, 4-star wide receiver Cornelius Johnson and 4-star offensive tackle Trente Jones among the headliners at those positions.
The focus now shifts to the 2020 and 2021 recruiting cycles. Michigan and other programs have been recruiting top targets for 2020 for at least a year, if not longer.
