Michigan landed the cherry on top of its 2021 class on National Signing Day by adding in-state four-star defensive tackle Rayshaun Benny. Making this commitment extra sweet is the fact the Wolverines flipped Benny from in-state rival Michigan State, to whom he had been committed since early November.
The Oak Park native is listed as 6-foot-5 and 275 pounds. He sits just within the top 200 players in the country at 195th overall, and is the No. 16 defensive tackle.
Michigan led for Benny for most of the cycle until losing a stunner to Michigan State in the second game of the season.
