LINCOLN, Neb. — Michigan coach John Beilein had plans to work on the plane ride back to Ann Arbor after the latest setback.
“I cannot wait to get in the plane, turn on the computer and find out how I can make our team a better team,” Beilein said after a 72-52 loss to Nebraska on Thursday night at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Michigan had 12 turnovers and 12 made field goals with 11:59 remaining in the second half against the Cornhuskers and trailed by 15. The Wolverines never found a way to close the gap.
