BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The calls were fast and furious after the loss to Michigan State.
Give Karan Higdon the ball. Why wasn't he used more?
Well, the Michigan coaching staff listened -- or just figured he was their best bet for any sort of offense. The junior running back rushed for a career-high 200 yards Saturday, leading Michigan to a 27-20 overtime win over Indiana at Memorial Stadium.
Higdon's 25-yard touchdown in the first overtime propelled Michigan (5-1, 2-1 Big Ten) to its 22nd straight win over the Hoosiers, despite a season-high 16 turnovers.
