Michigan beats Ohio State in emotional Senior Day at Crisler

ANN ARBOR -- On an especially emotional Senior Day at Crisler Center, it was a freshman who gave Michigan a lift in a 74-62 win over rival No. 8 Ohio State, which left Ann Arbor no longer in first place in the Big Ten.

Jordan Poole came off the bench and made four 3-pointers, scoring 15 points for the Wolverines, who improved to 22-7 (11-5) in their final home game of the season.

It was Ohio State's (22-7, 13-3) first Big Ten loss this season to a school other than Penn State.

Michigan seniors Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman, Duncan Robinson, Jaaron Simmons, and Austin Hatch were honored in a pre-game ceremony.
