Michigan basketball's offense goes cold in 72-63 loss to Penn State

Sometimes it's as simple as one team making more shots than the other.

And at Crisler Center on Wednesday night, Michigan basketball didn't shoot as well as Penn State in a 72-63 loss.

The Wolverines (11-7, 2-5 Big Ten) fell behind early. Nittany Lions forward Lamar Stevens scored 10 quick points, hitting an array of jumpers. Stevens eventually cooled off, although he still finished with a game-high 19 points.
