The teams have met once this season Dec. 13, when Michigan hosted Penn State at Crisler Center. The Wolverines won, 62-58, thanks to 20 points from freshman center Hunter Dickinson.
Michigan was originally scheduled to have an eight-day layoff between Friday night's game at Purdue and a home game against Indiana on Jan.
