Brandon Johns Jr. walked into the press room at Crisler Center with a smile on his face.

He had just scored 14 points in Michigan basketball's 89-65 win over Indiana on Sunday afternoon, playing a crucial role off the bench and giving the Wolverines a lift when forward Isaiah Livers left the game with an apparent ankle injury.

As Johns strode to the far side of the room and waited for reporters to surround him, he couldn't help but express his joy.
