Everything pretty much went as expected for Michigan basketball in its exhibition win over Le Moyne on Friday night at the Crisler Center.
John Beilein’s Wolverines beat Patrick Beilein’s Dolphins 74-52—a father-son competition—and Michigan flaunted that highly anticipated youth along the way.
Caris LeVert led all scorers with 22 points, but redshirt sophomore Duncan Robinson, redshirt freshman D.J. Wilson and freshman Mortiz Wagner put up a combined 25 points.
Robinson, a transfer from Williams College who had to sit out last season, was the most impressive of the bunch, going 6 of 10 from the field and hitting 3 of 6 from behind the arc.
