Michigan basketball‘s back-to-back 30 win seasons should mean something when the members of the media create their college basketball rankings. While the departures of Charles Matthews and Jordan Poole are confirmed, star freshman forward Ignas Brazdeikis could come back to the team.
Matthews and Poole were both great contributors but Brazdeikis shined the brightest this past season, leading the team in points-per-game and second in rebounds-per-game.
Plus, the Wolverines are returning seniors Zavier Simpson and Jon Teske who will both be accepting a larger role offensively and Isiah Livers is a more than capable replacement either at the three or four positions.
