After an easy 1-0 week for the Michigan Wolverines, they were rewarded by moving up a few spots in the latest AP Poll.
The Wolverines moved up three spots from 14 to 11 in this week’s poll after defeating Presbyterian 86-44 at Crisler this past weekend. It is very likely they move up again after this week, as they play just one game Sunday at home against UMass Lowell (6-7).
The new No. 1 team is quite familiar to the Wolverines — the Gonzaga Bulldogs, who they took down last month. Michigan remains Gonzaga’s only loss on the season.
