Michigan basketball's first game of the season might not have gone as anticipated.
But things couldn't have gone much better for U-M in its second game of the season, a 79-69 win over Creighton on Tuesday.
The Wolverines overcame some early defensive struggles to beat a talented, offensively-minded team. And in doing so, they earned the first big — or solid, depending on your perception — win of Juwan Howard's tenure as head coach.
