Michigan Basketball runs North Carolina right out of Ann Arbor

No. 7 Michigan Basketball (7-0) passed its toughest test of the season to this point in a rout of the No. 11 North Carolina Tar Heels (6-2) by a score of 84-67. After looking a bit scary early, the Wolverines ran them right out of the building.

It was a three-headed monster offensively for the Wolverines tonight with Ignas Brazdeikis, Jordan Matthews and Jordan Poole scored 24, 21 and 18 points respectively in the drubbing of UNC. Jon Teske was a huge presence defensively with five blocks on the night.

North Carolina came roaring out of the gates in this game, hitting nearly 70 percent of their shots early on to take a 21-11 lead.
