Michigan Basketball continues its success at the NBA Draft with another first round pick. Moritz Wagner was drafted 25th overall to the Los Angeles Lakers and later in the night, Duncan Robinson was invited to play for the Miami Heat in the NBA Summer League.
Robinson has one of the most interesting stories in the history of collegiate basketball. After starting his college career at Division III Williams Ephs, Duncan transferred to Division I Michigan on scholarship, which has never happened before. Sure, players transfer from D I to D III schools more often than you’d think, but never with a scholarship.
