Michigan basketball has reportedly added to its roster, and had to go to the international pool to do so.
Multiple media outlets report that Argentinian big man Lee Aaliya has committed to U-M, adding frontcourt depth to Juwan Howard's team.
Aaliya, 6 feet 9, averaged 17.1 points, nine rebounds and 2.1 blocks for Argentina in the U19 World Cup. His collegiate status was certified by the NCAA earlier this month and reportedly had nearly 50 scholarship offers.
He figures to get big man minutes behind Tarris Reed and transfers Olivier Nkamhoua and Tray Jackson.
