If you know about Michigan basketball head coach John Beilein, he doesn’t offer just anyone and so that makes it important news that the Wolverines offered Zach Loveday last month, a near top 50 player in the 2020 recruiting class.
Of course, getting Loveday to commit to Michigan basketball is going to be a lot more difficult and take a lot more work from the Wolverines and their staff.
Loveday who from Gallipolis, Ohio, is the No. 2 player from that state and the seventh-ranked center in the entire class. He’s also a legit 7-footer and could be the ideal replacement down the road for Jon Teske, who is the resident 7-footer currently for Michigan basketball, although his game probably will remind you more of Ignas Brazdeikis.
