If there is one reason why the Los Angeles Lakers selected Michigan basketball standout Moe Wagner in the first round of the 2018 NBA Draft, it’s his ability to shoot 3-pointers.
After making close to 40 percent of his treys while playing for Michigan basketball, the Lakers, who were mediocre at best from deep last season, pounced on him. And now that LeBron James has signed, the pick of Wagner looks even better.
Coming out, Wagner is far from a perfect prospect. He has defensive issues and could be better when it comes to crashing the boards.
