You wouldn’t expect Michigan basketball to have trouble with a team like Houston Baptist and after opening the game on a 38-10 run, the Wolverines didn’t.
Instead, Michigan basketball looked more dominant than it has at any other point in the early stages of the 2019-20 season.
Don’t get me wrong, the win over Creighton, a respected NCAA tournament contender is more impressive, but it was good to see the Wolverines handle their business in a 111-68 win.
There was no late run by Appalachian State or the slopiness that the team displayed against Elon.
