Michigan basketball already faced a tough challenge on the road against Rutgers, and that task has grown tougher with news of several key players unavailable for Tuesday's game.
An athletic department spokesman said the Wolverines will be without four players and one staffer due to medical reasons but did not name the individuals. A fifth player, guard Zeb Jackson, also did not travel due to personal reasons.
The players sidelined for medical reasons are Brandon Johns Jr., Frankie Collins, Terrance Williams II and Jaron Faulds, according to multiple reports. The staff member is video analyst Jaaron Simmons, per reports.
