WASHINGTON -- The Michigan basketball team will be back to its regular uniforms for today's Big Ten tournament quarterfinal against Purdue (noon, ESPN) at the Verizon Center.
The Wolverines played in practice jerseys in the first game of the tournament, a 75-55 win over Illinois on Thursday, after a Wednesday plane accident trapped their cargo at Willow Run Airport.
Michigan's Twitter account today posted a photo of the team's traditional road jerseys, which came from the original plane.
U-M coach John Beilein had said after Thursday's game he didn't know whether the team would be able to get their bags because of the FAA/NTSB investigation.
