Ty Rodgers is one of those in-state kids that others are sleeping on. Per 247 sports, Rodgers is 70th overall for his class, the 20th best SF, and second in-state. He’s got all the talent in the world, and while there’s a lot of buzz about Ty and Michigan State, Michigan might have the leg up in his recruiting.
