After starting slowly against some weaker teams in recent weeks, Michigan basketball did no such thing Sunday against Indiana at the Crisler Center.
Instead, the Wolverines played like a top-five team and never trailed once to Indiana, the No. 21 team in the country in a 74-63 win. The second-ranked Michigan basketball team is now 15-0 on the season and will shoot for 16-0 Thursday at Illinois.
While the fact that Michigan beat Indiana isn’t a huge surprise, it was favored too after all, but it was the Wolverines toughest test in about a month and they passed with flying colors.
