Michigan baseball's success in the College World Series got us to thinking. And so, here's our list of the 10 best Wolverines in program history:
1. Barry Larkin
Inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2012, Larkin helped lead U-M to its most recent College World Series appearance in 1984 and was named Big Ten player of the year twice and helped the USA to the silver medal in the 1984 Olympics. The 1995 National League MVP finished his 19-year career with 12 All-Star appearances, nine Silver Slugger trophies and three Gold Gloves and a career .
