Jim Harbaugh continues to defy convention, which will be put on display in more ways than one with Michigan’s approach to spring practice. The Wolverines will not only have a different slant on starting spring ball, traveling to Bradenton, Fla. for the first four practices, but will conclude drills with a nighttime display for fans on April 1.
Michigan has typically held its Spring Game on Saturday afternoons in mid- or early-April, making this one of the earliest conclusions on record. But more significant is that it will be the first time the Wolverines will be showcased in a primetime spring event.
