Playing in the desert under the bright lights of the Vegas strip with "Heat" written across his chest, Duncan Robinson has caught fire in the NBA Summer League.
Robinson, who played the last three seasons for Michigan before graduating in April, has made 17-of-27 3-pointers in five Summer League games for the Miami Heat. That's a 63 percent success rate.
It's clear Miami, which is giving the undrafted Robinson a shot at pursuing his NBA dream, has quickly recognized him as an elite shooter. Summer League head coach Eric Glass is drawing up plays to get him shots and Robinson's teammates, including former Michigan running mate Derrick Walton, Jr.
