Michigan 49, Rutgers 16

It was all Michigan all day at The Big House as the Wolverines improved to 7-2 on the season, and 4-1 in the Big Ten with an impressive 49-16 victory over the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.

Michigan controlled the game early after nearly giving up the ball on the first play of the game. The Wolverines attempted a quick lateral that Drake Johnson could not handle, what was originally ruled as a fumble was reviewed and overturned. After review the play was ruled a forward lateral, and the Wolverines maintained possession. The drive however ended in a missed field goal.
