The Michigan Wolverines (2-1) defeated UNLV (0-3) by a score of 28-7 on Saturday in front of over 108,000 fans at Michigan Stadium.
The Wolverines got the scoring started on a five-yard touchdown pass from Jake Rudock to De'Veon Smith with 9:30 left in the first quarter. The run game was good again with 254 yards and three touchdowns on the ground (Ty Isaac, Jehu Chesson, Sione Houma) and averaged 6.5 yards per rush. Isaac's run came from 76 yards out, while Chesson's was from 36.
The scores from Isaac and Houma were their first career touchdowns with the team.
