Michigan defensive lineman Mazi Smith is facing legal problems at the moment.

Smith is facing a felony weapons charge. The incident in question took place on October 7 and the charges were filed by the Washtenaw County Court on November 30.

The charge reads as: WEAPONS-CARRYING CONCEALED (750227)

The felony can be up to five years in prison or a fine up to $2,500.
