After going 5-for-5 on being named to All-America lists over the past week, Michigan defensive tackle Maurice Hurst is officially a consensus All-American.

Hurst was named to two first teams (Associated Press, The Sporting News) and three second teams (Walter Camp, Football Writers Association of America, American Football Coaches Association).

To go with Hurst’s All-America honors, Michigan linebacker Devin Bush was named an All-American on two lists — Walter Camp’s second team and AP’s third team.

Hurst finished the regular season with 59 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss and 5 sacks. He also had 1 forced fumble, 1 blocked kick, 2 quarterback hits and 1 pass break up.
