Ramsey throws complete to Donovan Hale for a gain of 6 on first down. He misses to Nick Westbrook on second down. A 15-yard pass interference penalty gives Indiana a new set of downs at the Michigan 38.
Ramsey then completes a pass to Peyton Hendershot, a 12-yard pickup.
