PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Michigan came into the weekend a happy and healthy bunch.
It left Rutgers happy, after a 42-7 thumping of the struggling Scarlet Knights, but not entirely unscathed.
Starting cornerback Lavert Hill was being evaluated postgame for concussion-like symptoms that emerged in the first half, head coach Jim Harbaugh told reporters after the game.
Big Ten Network cameras caught Hill, a junior, walking up the tunnel to the Michigan locker room shortly before halftime. He never returned to the game.
"He's being evaluated for a concussion," Harbaugh said. "Didn't play him in the second half -- took him out before halftime.
