ORLANDO, Fla. — Michigan football's star recruiter remains a coveted coach.
Chris Partridge, the Wolverines' safeties and special teams coach who is regarded as perhaps the staff's top recruiter, is being targeted by Lane Kiffin to become Ole Miss' defensive coordinator, according to a report from ESPN's Tom VanHaaren.
VanHaaren also reported that Partridge has held multiple job offers in the past.
Partridge has been one of the longest-tenured members of Jim Harbaugh's staff at Michigan. He originally joined the program as director of player personnel in 2015 after serving as head coach at Paramus Catholic High School in New Jersey.
