ANN ARBOR -- Kim Barnes Arico rolled up to the Crisler Center at 8 a.m. earlier this week to find her freshman guard Nicole Munger making her way to the basketball court.
The Michigan's women's basketball team wasn't slated to start practice until 2 p.m., but Munger wanted to get some shooting practice in before joining her teammates. It's not uncommon for her to hit the court before class, even if the lights have yet to be turned on inside.
Barnes Arico even had to tell Munger to take the day off on Wednesday to rest her legs, only to find her putting extra time in two days later, knocking down 30-straight 3-pointers.
