It’s a much different season for the Michigan Wolverines and Washington Huskies despite facing each other in the National Championship Game in January. Both team have been dealing with some growing pains — while Michigan struggled late against Minnesota last week, the Wolverines found a way to win. Washington is coming off a loss to Rutgers after an inability to score on a few trips to the red zone and going 2-of-12 on third down.
Despite losing some games, Washington has a very solid quarterback in Mississippi State transfer Will Rogers. He’s completed nearly 75 percent of his passes and keeps his eyes downfield looking for the big play, already racking up 1,354 yards, 10 touchdowns, and no interceptions.
