Mike Danna was not invited to the NFL combine. He didn't get a pro day, either, because of the coronavirus outbreak.
But the former Michigan football defensive end is still heading to the NFL.
Danna was taken by the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth round with the No. 177 overall pick of the 2020 NFL draft on Saturday.
Projected to go undrafted, Danna spent one season in Ann Arbor as a graduate transfer from Central Michigan.
