Jourdan Lewis, Jabrill Peppers, Jake Butt get All-American honors

ANN ARBOR -- Three Michigan football players received first-team All-American honors from the Walter Camp Foundation this week.

Senior tight end Jake Butt, senior cornerback Jourdan Lewis and redshirt sophomore linebacker/defensive back Jabrill Peppers were all named to the Camp first team on Thursday.

Butt recently became the first Michigan player to win the Mackey Award, given to the country's top tight end.

Lewis was in Atlanta -- with Butt and Peppers -- on Thursday for the Thorpe Award finals. He finished behind USC's Adoree' Jackson for the honor.

Peppers, meanwhile, will be in New York City this weekend as a Heisman Trophy finalist.
