All-America Michigan cornerback Jourdan Lewis is still recovering from an assortment of injuries.
After missing the first two games of his senior season, he's eager to return -- even if he's not ready -- U-M cornerbacks coach Mike Zordich said today.
"As a competitor, I think he's frustrated," Zordich said. "I don't know if he's discouraged. He wants to play, he knows he's got to get his body right before he can do that so he doesn't spend more time on the sideline. So he's taking the right approach. But frustrated yes, certainly."
After suffering a back issue in August camp, U-M coach Jim Harbaugh chose to keep Lewis out of the season opener against Hawaii.
