With two of Michigan’s top edge rushers moving on to professional football in Jaylen Harrell and Braiden McGregor, one of the biggest benefactors will be Josiah Stewart, who’s entering his second year at Michigan.

The story so far

Stewart, a three-star prospect in the class of 2021, was recruited by Michigan, Central Michigan, Boston College and others but committed to Coastal Carolina.

In two seasons at Coastal Carolina Stewart tallied 16 sacks, 25.5 tackles for loss, and four forced fumbles.
