Former Detroit Lions and Michigan football player Jon Jansen is joining 97.1 The Ticket, the station announced Friday morning.
Jansen will co-host the "Stoney and Jansen" show with Mike Stone and Heather Parks; the show will begin Oct. 5 and run from 6 to 10 a.m. on weekdays.
“Michigan has always been my home,” Jansen said in a statement. “I grew up a Detroit sports fan and lived my dream of playing football for the Wolverines and Lions. Now, I'm excited to join the team at 97.1 The Ticket and be a part of the conversation.
