Former Michigan fullback Ben Mason was a one-man locomotive at times during his college career. Mason won Michigan’s Toughest Player Award in 2017, and 2019. Mason, now a rookie for the Baltimore Ravens, is already making impressions in camp due to his play and because of the reason he didn’t practice on Saturday.
Mason tore the skin off the bottom of his feet.
“Ben had trouble with his feet yesterday,” Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said. “Just a bad shoe situation and really had some legitimate problems in terms of tearing the skin off his feet. That’ll grow back quickly I’m sure, he’ll be okay.
