Michigan Basketball gutted its way into a 68-55 victory over Penn State on Thursday night in Ann Arbor, but one of the biggest stories of the game was the player that did not wind up suiting up for the Wolverines.
Sophomore forward Isaiah Livers was held out of the contest with back spasms, as was announced early on in the contest by a U-M spokesperson. Head coach John Beilein addressed the injury after the contest and revealed that Livers had been getting treatment over the last few days and that he practiced on Wednesday.
